Luxury Devon Bed and Breakfast near Okehampton, Tavistock and Dartmoor
Lobhill Farmhouse offers a warm welcome, high quality accommodation, a relaxed and peaceful stay in a stunning location and excellent value. There are 3 rooms, Yellow, White and the largest Green, all with en-suite facilities. The farmhouse will accommodate up to 6 people. Breakfast is served in the large farmhouse kitchen with a choice of an Aga cooked full English breakfast or a lighter option (most dietary requirements are catered for). All ingredients are locally sourced with the eggs being laid just metres away by the hens in the family’s vineyard.
The Little Things
I always like to add loving little touches around the farmhouse and on arrival my guests can expect local fudge or a cream tea served in the summer house. Please see the prices, booking & availability page to order your little luxuries in advance. There is always a selection of local attractions leaflets available and having lived here all my life I know the local area well and I am happy to help you plan your day. Should you need to check your emails on your laptop or book a trip via your smartphone then free Broadband WIFI is available. Mobile phone network coverage is good to average for O2 / Tesco / Orange / T-Mobile and average to low for 3.
Room Facilities
All the rooms are presented with fresh linen, towels and cleaned to very high standards. Cornish Tea and Coffee is available for that quick cuppa. A TV with freeview is at hand should you wish to watch the local news, catch up with Corrie or The Archers. Every room has a well equipped en-suite and the Green Room also has a lovely bath.

THE GREEN ROOM: King Size En-Suite
Furnished with antique furniture and a centre-piece king size iron bed, the Green b&b Room also boasts a balcony where you can enjoy your morning cuppa of Cornish Tea and take the air. The light floods into this room and the views are beautiful. As with all my rooms, the en-suite bathroom is well equipped and presented to the highest standards.
THE YELLOW ROOM: King Size En-Suite
Equally beautiful is the serene Yellow Devon bed and breakfast room, tranquil and calm. The decor very gentle offering a relaxed environment for your stay. A well equipped en-suite has everything you need for a refreshing shower at the end of a busy (or relaxing) day.
The White Room is a twin bed and breakfast room with en suite shower and very easy on the eye. Its contemporary feel is serene and calming ensuring a relaxed stay. You will find clean lines and crisp white linen matched with Biggi Best quilts and cushions, a perfect space to relax. Decorated with love and attention, the White Room will make you want to come back time and time again. Wonderful views of the vineyard and Lew Valley can be enjoyed from this beautiful room.
