We stayed at lobhill farm for 2 nights. From the moment we arrived we knew we’d found an absolute gem. The farmhouse is set in peaceful, well maintained grounds with beautiful views and ample parking. Jane was warm and welcoming and there is nothing she’d not thought about. The rooms were stunning, with tasteful decoration and were quite simply spotless. They take clean to a whole new level! There was fresh milk available for us to make a drink and chilled water. The choice of tea in the rooms was vast and the homemade fudge a real treat! Jane clearly has a hood eye for detail. The beds were very comfortable and you a guaranteed a great nights sleep.
There is a good selection of locally sourced food for a cooked breakfast (Jane is an excellent cook too) which you eat in the large farmhouse kitchen. This gives you a real sense of ‘home’ and relaxation. I could have stayed there all day.The photos do not do the rooms justice. The rooms are beautiful and large with comfy beds. Just what you need for a good nights sleep. There is plenty of storage and everything is spotless. The en-suites are spacious with towels and all you need provided.
