We had a great stay and felt very welcomeIt was perfect to stay with our dogs and walk to the Alder vineyard for our tour and lunch. We were able to check in first and did not need to use the car until we left

Visiting Deer
Sitting at my office table checking my bookings I had a surprise…. two beautiful, inquisitive Roe deer visting in the garden at Lobhill Farmhouse. They both revisited the next day.
Roe deer are often seen on the estate and that same day a dozen large Red deer were seen close to Alder lake. While I sit here writing this piece I am watching the birds feeding outside and I look forward to Spring. The estate has something to offer through all seasons, the snowdrops are out and the daffodils will soon be shooting.
